Terms & Conditions
• Payments to be settled within 48 hours from receipt of invoice.
• Estimates involving additions or alterations are based upon the existing electrical installation being of satisfactory condition.
• Any unforeseen labour or material costs would be discussed with the customer prior to further work being carried out.
• Wall chases for cable runs would require a third party to make good (i.e. plasterer/decorator).
• Where carpet/flooring is required to be lifted for cable access, these will be reinstalled to the best of our ability. Should you wish to have these re-laid professionally then this would need to be at your own cost.
• Estimations in excess of £2500 inc. VAT would require a 20% deposit prior to work commencing. Cancellations of such works within 48 hours of start date would result in a non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations of works below £2500 inc. VAT within 48 hours of start date will incur a fee of £50 per number of days booked in.
• Materials supplied remain the property of Amp'd Up Electrical Ltd until balance has been paid in full.
• Albeit we endeavour to install high quality materials, we cannot be held liable for their life cycle. Should any items fail within their warranty period, a replacement would be supplied at no further cost, although installation charges would apply.
• Where materials suspected of being asbestos are discovered, please note that work will be halted until a satisfactory survey can be undertaken at your cost. If you suspect asbestos in your property, you are obliged to inform us as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to withhold any certification documents until payment has been received in full.
• Terms & conditions listed will form a contract between Amp'd Up Electrical Ltd and the customer upon acceptance of any estimation provided.
